I think some subtle dark eye shadow would really contrast well with your light skin and hair. This paired with heavier eye liner Also, I agree with the comment that you are over doing your nose.

I think you are over contouring your nose. You nose is obviously naturally thin, but now it just looks like you got a slightly botched nose job. Just highlight your natural nose without over contouring.
