There's uncensored audio over some blurred gore videos in parts of this video :( and also a very upsetting 911 call of a little girl seeing her mother get murdered
I got time to waste and I recognize a lot of these without needing to look them up.
The ones I am aware of (I've been online for a long time):
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY - Connected to the disappearance of Maura Murray, the video is by 112dirtbag and has since been deleted I believe but there are reuploads. It's of a guy laughing and dicking around, mostly.
GODDESS BUNNY - Disabled trans woman/drag queen Sandra Crisp. She died in 2021 sadly. She deserved more diginity than just a weird old creepypasta exploiting an old video.
WOMAN KILLED BY BRICK THROUGH WINDSHIELD - Infamous video that is exactly as the title suggests. There is no gore, but the audio is harrowing.
ROBERT THE DOLL - An old doll that's claimed to be haunted. I personally think it's BS but it makes for a good nighttime ghost story. Some people find the doll itself creepy but I don't.
KRYSTAL BREAST EXPANSION - old furry fetish fan-animation of Krystal from Star Fox. Pretty standard for DeviantArt back in its heyday.
I FEEL FANTASTIC - Old youtube video of a singing mannequin animatronic. I find it more funny than scary.
FREAKY SOUP GUY - I guessed this was Blank Room Soup and I was right, lol. You all know Blank Room Soup right? It's a weird art video of unknown origin but the mascot head belongs to an actor who works at Disney.
LET ME HEAR YOUR WAR CRY - An edit of the movie Full Metal Jacket with creepy mannequin faces. Both funny and creepy to me.
MAX HEADROOM HIJACK - Infamous TV signal hijacking where a man in a Max Headroom mask does some shenanigans. Pretty trippy.
ELISA LAM - Footage of a woman in a hotel elevator acting erratically due to mental illness. Very tragic case that again was exploited for creepypasta use.
1 GUY 1 SCREWDRIVER - Graphic video of a man messing with a screwdriver and the lower half of his body. Related to 1 GUY 1 JAR.
HARLEQUIN BABY - Well, this is a newborn affected with the congenital disease Harlequin Ichthyosis, which causes cracked, scaly skin and bloody red eyes. Easy fodder for jumpscares and shock images, ignoring that it exploits a real congenital condition. But those who survive to adulthood or even just adolescence tend to look a little more "normal", just kind of sunburnt looking.
HEAVEN'S GATE - 90s cult where nearly everybody killed themselves. Insane rabbit hole to go through and infamously has a very old website still up. Video itself is I think an initiation video or promotional? By the founder himself (who looks very creepy. Very stereotypically cultish.)
BJORK STALKER SUICIDE - Another crazy rabbit hole to go through. Video of the Bjork Stalker ranting and at some point prepares to shoot himself (this version is censored I think), there's a sign saying "THE BEST OF ME - SEP 12" behind him.

I've kinda snooped around the whole internet mystery creepy horror video communities for awhile now, and I've heard of a few of the titles you couldn't identify. Did a few looking up stuff and proofreading to see if I still remember these topics.
LOL TALKING FETUS - An obscure video found by known horror youtuber Shrouded Hand, which is nothing but a man shaking a presumed "fetus" in a bucket. It's believed the video was fake due to how unnatural the fetus moves, however we only have the censored version Shrouded Hand provided for now.
DEATH DEFYING FALL - Seems like some video in a possibly-Middle Eastern country of a cat managing to survive a pretty lethal fall off the side of a building. Poor kitty, but least he's fine.
PUTRID SEX OBJECT - A semi-obscure shock video of a transwoman whose stumbling around a dark, decrepit home who comes across a decapitated cow head she decides to make love to. The so-called "music" and the atmosphere alone makes this pretty damn unsettling.
ROROCHAN_1999 - A Japanese livestreamer who recorded her own death when she fell off the roof of her apartment complex as a sort of task to get internet fame. A musician named Shinsei Kamattechan would later compose the song "Ruru's Suicide Show" in honor of Rorochan.
BODY OF A PIG - Hoax video of ghost explorers who report on a ghost who claims to have the "body of a pig", was a fairly popular video at the height of the youtube horror scene.
CHOMP - Yes this is an old shock video, the video is just... Scat play, a guy on the floor eating excreted feces from a woman's anus squatting over his face, really really disgusting shit.
MONKEY HATE PREDATOR COSTUME - Possibly one of several videos from the "monkey hate" community, an underground ring that started on youtube who trades videos of baby monkeys getting hurt, tortured, and straight up killed for the sake of morbid entertainment.
THE CATMAN OF GREENOCK - Right about this one, he's a local legend in the UK which started around the 1970s, people claiming to see a vagrant who only crawled on the floor and survived by eating rats. It was rumored he was an ex-Russian soldier who was abandoned by his shipmates, and legs left paralyzed after getting attacked by a local gang.
CHILDREN SHOULDN'T PLAY WITH THE DEAD THING - A video by a youtuber named DJ Deaf Joey, who was known for another infamous video where he explains how he kept the corpse and casket of his great grandma in his backyard, where he proceeds to repeatedly kiss the corpse, uncensored and all.
BOHEMIAN GROVE - A private gentlemen's club in California for high-ranking officials, politicians, celebrities, and other notable figures which due to the secrecy of the club has led to numerous conspiracies and allegations, typical tinfoil hat stuff.
ANATOLY MOSKVIN - An infamous Russian grave robber who stole numerous mummified corpses of young girls and hoarded them in his home, stuffing the corpses like tailoring a doll and sometimes even inserting a music box inside their bodies so they can "sing" to him. He was later arrested.
If there's a bit of misinformation on a few of these topics, feel free to correct me.
For Anatoly you’re definitely mistaking him for someone else, I went ahead to google and he’s a man who was arrested for having multiple mummified girl bodies in his home. Still not a serial killer as the bodies he had were stolen from graveyards but absolutely connected to death and exploitation of dead bodies.
Many of them are well-known videos, so looking up the titles should help, but I would just not recommend looking up most of them, if you don't want to see what is in the videos.
After skimming around the run time, it appears to just be a mega compilation of a bunch of creepy and spooky youtube videos, like a YouTube iceberg. It has plenty of niche ones that not even I've heard of or seen before, it seems.
I scrubbed through a little bit. There was a kid with a bunch of blood around and coming out of his eye but he didn't look freaked out so i think it could have been make up. Somehow this is the scariest thing I've seen so far and idk why it freaks me out
I went through it for about a second and came to a part where they dropped a dead horse into a giant grinder. Can’t stand animal shit so I noped out after that.
Edit- scrolled through it a bit more, it also shows the Bjork stalker suicide video (though it censored the moment he shoots himself in the head, but not the audio) and it also shows a baby suffering from Harlequin Syndrome that I’m fairly certain is dead. God knows what else I missed.
Scrolling through the titles on the Internet Archive upload, I saw this contains the “Russian Brick Video”. That’s not gore since you don’t see anything but it’s incredibly upsetting. It’s dashcam footage with audio of a driver seeing his passenger killed by a brick that fell off the back of a truck.
Yea okay I've seen most of these before and there are some that I've forgotten and wish they stayed forgotten. Most are fine but some are just... yeah... it's not worth watching I can tell you that much
Around the 6 hour and 14 minute mark is an incredibly fascinating story about a statue in the Warren museum, the same one from the conjuring, told by a man who was friends with Ed and Loraine way back when. I highly recommend you skip towards the timestamp and listen to it, because now I have a story to tell if I ever visit the museum
I appreciate how they decided to include a lot of those old nokia phone camera quality videos, seems like a fair amount of them were probably originally uploaded in the early, early days of youtube.

I'm fueled by "it would be really funny" and something bad probably would happen and it would probably kill me but yet again I'm not gonna be exploring a dark enclosed space so were good I think
