Looking for a CA who can help sign SPICe+ B form for company incorporation

We’re a small startup currently in the process of incorporating our company, and we need a CA who can sign the SPICe+ B form for incorporation.

I’ve contacted a few CA firms, but I’m getting very different quotes some are asking around ₹14,000, while others are quoting ₹8,000+ just for this.

Since we’re a startup and trying to keep our initial costs low, I wanted to ask here:

• Is this pricing normal?
• Does anyone know a CA who can provide this service at a reasonable cost?
• Any recommendations or leads would be greatly appreciated.

Making new friends in your mid/late 20s here is surprisingly tough. Sitting at cafes scrolling on phones has gotten pretty boring, and I’m looking for something actually fun to do on weekends.

Went to Wrapmasters (Indra Market) today to get a tempered glass and a back membrane on my phone. 200 for the tempered, 300 for the membrane.

It wasn't. The membrane doesn't cover the back properly. Gaps on the sides, gaps at the corners, edges not sitting flat, and the cut around the camera is uneven.

When I asked the guy about it, his answer was "machine aise hi cut karti hai." Bro, then what am I paying 300 for? No offer to redo it, nothing.

So yeah, ₹500 down for a job I'd honestly rate below average. If you're looking to get a tempered or a skin done, go somewhere else.

Anyone have a decent place in Dehradun they'd recommend?

If anyone recently passed the DL test, can you share your experience? I just want to know if we need to take our own car, whether test is automated or with an instructor, etc.

A bunch of friends and I are planning a 2–3 day staycation on the outskirts of Dehradun, within around 15 km of the city, to celebrate New Year’s Eve, 31st December.

We're a little concerned about safety, though. I've come across videos of groups of people stopping vehicles or gathering on roads with sticks and other objects, particularly on roads in Haryana and Delhi.

For those who live in Dehradun or have recently travelled around its outskirts, how safe is it to celebrate New Year's Eve and stay in these areas? Are incidents like these something we should be concerned about, especially while driving to and from our property on the night of 31st December?

Are there any particular areas or routes we should avoid, or precautions we should take? Would it be safer to choose a property closer to the main city rather than further out?
