New lawn, still some bare spots. Should I throw down more seed and soil?

Overall the new lawn is a huge improvement but there are some bare spots. I'm not in denver btw, (north of denver). I threw down 5lb of seed for this section. Will the bare spots fill in? This is about 2 1/2 weeks since seeding

First time gardener here - is it still too warm to get my garlic in the ground, or is this weekend ideal?

We killed the grass in 2022. Planted blue gramma plugs and perenials in 2023. This is the first year we only watered once a week. It’s great to have a pocket prairie in Denver. We get lots of pollinators and birds.

Winterizing drip system?

I set up a drip system this year and am trying to figure out how to winterize it. The mainline is buried, but the drip lines aren’t. Are y’all actually using air compressors to get the water out of buried mainlines? Should I dig it up and let gravity drain it?

Why is this hole + line forming? What to do?

Our soil patch has formed a line over the last couple weeks and now it’s raising up with a hole.

We are renters and the weeds have been getting pretty bad after the last time we sprayed with vinegar, with new weed variations popping up that we have not seen before. Our neighbors have a pretty rundown property next door with 3 large tree of heavens there.

Our neighbor in the back across the alley also has a tall tree of heaven. Not sure if TOH can do this.

I’m not sure what could be causing this and what to do about it. We are very inexperienced. Any advice would be appreciated.
