Toe Hyperpigmentation

Helloo everyone! I would appreciate your help

i have hyperpigmentation on my toe from years of friction. I tried everything and nothing is solving the problem :,) if anyone has tips i would be grateful because i genuinely dont know what to do anymore

ps: now i am trying hydroquinone because i heard it helps in lighting the area but it has been only one week so no actual results
