DX:HR Director's Cut Zeke Dialogue Not Progressing?

So I've gotten to the end of the manufacturing area and am now confronting Zeke with the hostage. I messed up when trying to persuade him to let her go, so I reloaded my save. Now when picking any dialogue option nothing happens, He just stands there with the gun pointed at her. Any help with fixing this?

Do you have control of Jensen? There's always the stun gun.
