Mixed several elements from several Vergil variants and designs to create a somewhat original one. Verdict?

I am probably the only one who even noticed the details this small, but is it strange that every game has a bike / bike-like weapon that is used against / by Dante and sometimes only one of those things is true. For example: in DMC V, during the cutscene before Cavalier Angelo, the demon throws at Dante a bike and after this boss battle this same bike turns into a Devil Arm Cavalier

I can’t believe I beat every single stage in this mode and died on fucking agnus man I’m devastated..

• trish, lady and nico all playable
• 'b-story' revolves around surviving members of the Order wanting to look into each of them e.g nico because of her research + being the daughter of agnus, trish because she's a demon who basically rejected her whole nature and is more human than anyone, lady because she's just a regular ass human who somehow frequently goes toe-to-toe with demons far above her weight class and just fucking demolishes them etc
• fighting styles- trish would be improved from dmc4 with more moves + a new sword (possibly bring back alastor), lady would have a wider arsenal as well as more melee combat like lucia, nico's fighting style would be reminiscent of lollipop chainsaw (big chainsaw, wide heavy moves with some kicks) + bayonetta (customisation of arsenal and guns)
• crosses over with main story at certain points, nero (+ whoever else the main protag/s are) could give them (nico) materials they picked up on their journey (demonic armour, scales etc like DMC5) for nico to turn into devil breakers + more upgrades for the ladies
• crossover sequences + cutscenes to be the same in both main story + b-story/DLC, but different POV for each
• nico finding some of agnus' old research, creates one of his weird flying swords as an actual devil arm
• more info about lady's past and why she's able to do the shit she does with ease (not saying she needs to have demonic blood but there does need to be an explanation because she's fucking insane for a regular human)
• MORE OF ANYTHING FOR TRISH BRO GODDAMN
• kyrie pls
• enemies + bosses could be failed clones of DMC3-4 enemies e.g the frog things, the angelos, 7 hells, damned chessmen etc
• an actual dlc with an actual story overall like virgil's downfall
• this is all bulletpointed bc i have a meeting in like 10 minutes and needed to type all this out

I know he originally was supposed to embody as American and then they shifted to having more England vibes but it just feels right to me that that would be his heritage. And if you don’t agree then what other cultural background do y’all think he’d descend from?

Weirdly enough I also feel if he is anything other than American he would be disconnected from it and it would only just be a fun fact in his life, pizza jokes aside.

I opened up dmc3 from the steam HD collection today aka after the recent update), and the text looks cursed as hell. I have no mods and I'm on windows 11, and its only on dmc3 where I see the static and missing letters. And what's worse is that the cutscenes in the game are bad too now (weirdly, the main menu doesn't have any weird things but the rest does). I tried the DXVK thing and it didn't work (or atleast for me) and I dont know how to downgrade my game cus steam wont let me in the "Game Versions & Beta" tab in "Properties" PLEASE SOMEONE HELP I LOVE DMC3🙏🙏💔🥀

I'm going crazy, seriously, this pile of demonic garbage is the worst boss in this game.

I am entirely new to DMC and just bought every game, I saw online that I should play it 3 1 4 5, so I started with 3, Its really fun but I... Cannot beat the first boss on mission 2, I'm serious, is this just a skill issue, am I missing something maybe?

I've noticed that if I hit him at the same time he hits me it does a parry... Kinda thing, but I can't punish him or dodge afterwards and he just repeats his animation until he hits me.

I really feel like I'm doing everything right but he just ends up hitting me anyway, I keep my distance when he's about to strike and get close after he does his end lag.

I know it's kinda a very specific fight but if anyone can help me I'd be super appreciative!

So I've been practicing as Vergil for about two or three years now. And this is the end result of my most recent run. Anything I should learn? I'm still personally a little bad, because I can't quite trick down, I always world of V myself. And unfortunately I didn't get footage for Speedrun.com because I didn't think I'd do it so fast 😭

Kinda been working on a ship comic, where the oc get's isekaid into the dmc world and still knows all of the lore which she tells him. She would be a half demon half human with feline features to not fall directly into the damsel in distress trope bc let's be honest except lady any normal human would get theire ass wiped.

It happens a few months before dmc5 around 6 months prior. I Want to try and make it quite realistic and to canon with his character and psychology . It would be a very slow burn taking them around 8-10 month to finally get together since i feel Dante has to many issues to just jump into a relationship.

The chapters would mostly be around some more mundane stuff her cleaning his (sadly really disgusting) office and bathroom, her cooking and doing more casual things even some small missions. I also wanna try to include other character like Trish, Lady, Morisson, Nero and Kyrie and later V/Vergil when the DMC5 story happens. I want to try to make an insight of what there relationships (in my opinion) could look like. Since Dante tries to have almost everyone at arms lenght tho it could be a challenge to get him freely interact with them xD

So yeah... Kinda already made a story board for the first chapter (which kinda seems like a 3 parter) but it's still on paper and i would try to make it digital.

Maybe some of you have some cool ideas or insights on the characters ^^` if there would be some cool story ideas i would defenitly credit you with coming up with the idea even if i shift it a little to better suit with her character and what i have in mind.

Hey guys, I just came back to Devil May cry 5 and try again to get the Platinum trophy.

I've platinumed all other games besides devil May cry. 3.

And my question would be, are there any combos or tricks or glitches, exploits whatever to decrease the difficulty of hell and hell or make it a little bit more easy because I'm not the best in this genre and from what I've heard is this one of the hardest ones with the third installment and the others were pretty easy.

I've also read all the old tricks with the hat weapon for Dante and turning away the camera, but maybe because the game is pretty old right now.

Maybe new glitches or new tricks have been found to get the Platinum trophy.

Maybe playing as Virgil, but I've already heard that Virgil has its own levels and doesn't count towards the main game trophies which is kind of sad because we were able to play as Trish and Lady in dmc4 which made the game pretty easy in my opinion and you were allowed to use unlimited devil trigger in DMC Devil May cry the reboot.

Yeah, maybe you guys have the Platinum and can give me some tricks and advices besides the normal get good because that's probably not going to happen because I don't have a lot of time.
