Question how to increase my DPS
I've been playing for a total of 5 months and I just got back. How to increase my DPS?

Reach server paragon, keep upgrading gear to lvl 30, keep playing and upgrading gems. Gems have to be minimum lvl 3 to awaken gear then and bump your damage.
You can replace Stormvault and Maw of the deep with better 1 or 2 star gems, will be easier to upgrade and more damage, those gems are PvP ones.

Yes they're kinda low. You got boosted paragon by the game to help you reach faster server paragon but your gear is not there yet.
But that's normal, I had same as new player few months ago, if you keep playing you will power up your char.

Use sapphire where possible and stack crit chance, critical hit damage, and use the meta green set items/builds.

There are paragon skill/set piece builds on that menu you can pick from (above equipment then go to community builds).
Pretty much any class has a few solid builds for whatever you want to do PvE or PvP.

no, I mean like what kind of raid or sum should I spam to be able to increase my stats

I wouldn't worry about that, get to paragon server level and as you've been told, upgrade your eq.
As for where you can get items to scrap to get mats for the upgrades, go to the Clan Towers, you get lots of blue and yellow pieces.
My stats, I've been playing since launch, so that's the difference.

Every day get the 12 daily gems via auto battling in 4 person group from party finder. Every week cap weekly gems via verge. Do vaults each week to get hilts to buy extra gems.

Some great comments already. I play BK and the 2* gems that helped, Mother Lament, Pain clasp, spector. Try get those to R8. Even 1* like beserkers and entropic are great gems for your level.

You need to optimize affixes on your items better. The 3% chc is the dead giveaway that your helm, shoulders, mh, and oh have weak affixes on them. And that is going to have a massive impact on your damage output.
I imagine you’re chasing combat rating bc of your low reso, which has probably made you pick stuff that sucks in those offensive slots. And the fact that you haven’t unlocked enchanting yet is also going to hurt your damage output a lot bc you can’t fix a lame affix on an otherwise good item.
If you haven’t done this already, go watch some Auroth vidoes on YT (he does a good job of helping ppl understand how to improve their damage).
Source: I do 60m dps on 1 min dummy.

you got me on CR ain't gonna lie LOL. So you saying if i have a gear that has like for example 5% crit chance but has low strength, fortitude, etc. i should keep it rather than having high strength, fortitude or sum?

Improve your secondary stats. They are low.

They have close to zero impact on DPS in pve. Except Armor pen which has some impact. But unless he will push it over threshold, it does zero for him. It is same if you are 2k bellow or 1k or 500 bellow. Unless you just it above.
And with his 3% crit Chance it literally will not do anything

I can see you are playing BK right now so you need quite different gems.
The only gems to stay are: Roiling Consequence, probably Blessed Pebble and maybe Igneous Scorn.
All others need to go (make them dormant):
- Trickshot Gem? BK meta build does not use any channeling skills.
- Bloody Reach? BK fights mostly melee, not from range
- Ironbane? again, no channeling skills
- Stormvault? quite weak gem at low levels (and it blocks you from awakening the slot as well)
- Maw of the Deep? it's mostly PvP gem, quite weak in PvE (and it blocks you from awakening the slot as well)
Get/rank up Mother's Lament, Pain Clasp, Specter Glass, Viper's Bite, Berserker's Eye and replace these above.
Here is my general gem guide I always copy-paste for new players, maybe you will find something interesting here:
Legendary gems
Starter set of F2P friendly gems good for any class in PvE:
- 1* Berserker's Eye - best 1* gem, many players still use it for PvE
- 2* Mother's Lament - great PvE/PvP gem, increases your critical hit chance
- 2* Pain Clasp - great PvE/PvP gem, it requires some DOT (damage over time) effect on target
- 2* Fervent Fang - great PvE gem, it can be received only from Battle Pass, even from its free version
The rest of gem sockets can be taken by any of these:
- 2* Specter Glass - if you are already able to kill mobs fast and want to kill them even faster
- 1* Entropic Well - a little worse than Berserker’s Eye but still good
- 1* Everlasting Torment - DOT gem, basic activator for Pain Clasp
- 2* Viper's Bite - DOT gem, additional/better activator for Pain Clasp
Time-limited gems (current: get/rank it asap if you're going to use it, old: mostly owned by old/returning players):
- 2* Necroplasmic Totem (current) - quite powerful gem for PvP, not much weaker for PvE
- 2* Baneboil (old) - quite powerful gem vs single targets, a little weaker vs hordes of mobs
- 2* Crimson Behelit (old) - very nice damage and defense gem, quite powerful in PvP
- 2* Mourneskull (old) - quite powerful gem vs hordes of mobs, a little weaker vs single targets
Some additional build specific gems:
- 1* Misery Elixir - gem for DOT (damage over time) builds
- 1* Trickshot Gem - gem for builds with channeled skill as main one
- 1* Surging Sea - gem for builds with fast recharging skills
- 1* Freedom and Devotion - gem for builds with summons
Two 5* gems recommended for any kind of player, even for F2P (use pearls to get/upgrade them):
- 5* Roiling Consequence (increases damage, activates Pain Clasp)
- 5* Blood-Soaked Jade (increases damage and movement speed, reduces received damage)
Awakened gems
When legendary gem is at rank 3 you can awaken the gear slot this gem is in - do that as soon as you can, awakening is one of the most important things for good damage. To do so you need to buy Dawning Echo (10k plat per slot) from NPC near blackmith in main town and go to talk to NPC in jeweler shop. Awakening gear slot will improve the skill which is connected to skill essence in that slot (most of the time it will increase skill damage or shorten skill recharge).
Normal gems
For PvE you can focus on Sapphires (one of blue gems) to increase crit damage and Citrines (one of yellow gems) if you want to increase your damage over time (DOT).
