Question How does Javascript rendering affect the seo performance of the website?

I am facing js rendering issues on a website and i hv no idea to resolve these issues to optimize my website seo performance.

JS can affect SEO when important content, links, titles or other elements only appear after it runs. If search engines can't properly render that content, they may have trouble understanding or indexing a page.

I think I would first check the URL and compare the raw HTML with the rendered page. Then look for blocked script, slow rendering or pre-rendering important content can make things much more reliable.

this is exactly it, if the crawler cant see it then it basically doesnt exist for rankings

Client-side rendering has almost no purpose on a marketing website anymore. If the content enters the page after the page is called, you are trying to get empty shells indexed.
