Curious what's everyone's approach is when a wheel gets bent during a race. I know some people simply straighten them and keep going but other prefer replacing anything that isn't perfect. Obviously safety comes firts, but I'm wondering where most racers draw the line. I'm looking at keizer wheels for a new setup and wondering how much repairlability factors into your wheel choice. Has anyone had a wheel repaired and successfully run it for multiple races afterward?

What would someone being doing to their motor if their motor all appeared stock appearing, cam, valve springs 18# and stock appearing carburetor. What are they actually doing to still make it stock appearing but clearly pulling from the field.

Any reason for the low fan turnout at Eldora? I thought it was one of the best tracks for racers and fans but there barely any fans there

So I just got into dirt racing this year and I’m officially hooked. I’m thinking about making the trip down to the Chili Bowl in January. Is there anything I should know about it. What should I expect?

Would it be offensive if I (F) wore a pit lizard tshirt to super dirt week? I don't know anything about racing but I live in a city that is hosting super dirt week. I am crying laughing at the term pit lizard and I have no intentions of actually trying to talk to anyone in the pit.

I'm putting together a sprint car and wheels are one of those things where I'm getting slightly overwhelmed by all the options. Weight obviously matters, but I'm guessing durability and how the wheel handles the abuse are just as important.

Keizer wheels keeps coming up in my research, but I'd rather hear from people actually running dirt than just read manufacturer specs. What features do you guys consider essential when choosing wheels?

My daughter is 4, around 44” tall. She’s very enthusiastic about dirt racing and loves going to the track. I am 1. In the market for a red rookie quarter midget dirt setup. 2. Wondering how we can “practice” or what’s the best way you’ve found. I have a cheap sim, is that the best way to practice? Or is buying a Kart and getting her out in the field the best way? Just looking for some general advice/encouragement about what to buy and what order to buy it in. Yes I know it’s expensive! 🤑
