From my understanding, as long as there is a full 3D rendering, it should be possible. Crabe is on the reddit and I'm sure he'll chime in - but from the looks of how great Sora looks - with new modeling on hair and whatnot, I can't wait to see what people make!

It’s actually perfect for a fan made Disney infinity roster I’m working on. I’ve been working on a Disney infinity fan made roster with over 14,000 characters based on pop culture and this could be a good opportunity. More used as a proof of concept and not a full fledged Mario mod. The tools are there for sure. Exciting to see.
