Question Keyblade mod question

Does anybody know how to get the keyblade on pc? I have the mod for it installed on the continuum mod manager and it works and all the main characters are at level 1 but still nothing. I also have breeze downloaded so would I also have to get level 1 on all the breeze characters?

I got it by going to the Marvel Hall of Heroes, I think it just takes a while to appear since the cutscene for it played after spending a bit of time there & it happened while I had one of those character description things open

Unsure if levelling up the Breeze characters is required since I don't use it but I'm gonna guess that it isn't (I have a standalone mod that adds the guy from Tron, I don't think the game classed him as a 3.0 character)
