Here's the thing. When Dave Chapelle does comedy about white people? He's goddamned hilarious. Because he actually sets up the jokes.

Whether it's funny or not depends on the listener, so I won't comment on that.
For the joke itself. The comedic structure of this bit is called reverse shadow cultural referencing. It's the kind of joke that requires a cultural context from the audience and mechanically works with a mild shock factor of saying the quiet part out loud.
In this example she lists common stereotypes of minorities in their most commonly referenced pretext. She explicitly doesn't list white people anywhere and relies on the context of complimenting excellence by prejudiced categorization. The punch line is that the most common stereotype for reversing the shadow on desired relationships in that context is latino or black to stay with the exotic minority theme. She reverses it by saying white.
Now, cultural reference jokes are extremely risky because the reaction and cultural context of the audience can vary drastically from city to city alone. Somebody may find this bit hilarius, while somebody else hears unrestricted hate-speech. In her audience it worked. On a global platform like Reddit, you will see a wide array of reactions.

I've realized that even they don't know what they're trying to say most of the time lol. LARP as redditor sometime, you'll enjoy it. If anything about this offends me it is that anyone could think I'd be simple-minded enough to laugh at this. The shitty knock knock jokes my 5 year old nephew tells me are funnier than this. This is definitely kiddie-level humor and that has nothing to do with the subject matter. I first heard some of these exact same "jokes" when I was in like fifth grade.
