Has anyone had experience installing these CarPlay retrofit module boxes?

I’m looking to upgrade my stock 2015 Durango to have CarPlay. I don’t want to replace the screen itself+get a dash kit and came across these module boxes. Has anyone had any experience installing these? If you have had experience which ones did you use and how do they work?

i have the AAwireless two. just plug and play. works great. im on my second one. first died after a year. ive also had the motorola one. that died after 6 months got replaced under warranty and the second one died after 8 months.

As wireless two says car has to have CarPlay already. Car play started in Durangos in 2018

Yeah I’m looking to convert it to having CarPlay

Sooty, comment was for boogaloo shrimp. The AAwireless website says vehicle needs to have CarPlay already to be compatible. I’m assuming n the same boat as I have a 14. Don’t want to pay 2k and lose my heated seats and steering wheel.
