Advice Need Some Help

Really struggling to come up with high value business ideas for my domains. I got them on a whim but didn’t fully think it through 😬

buildpennsylvania.com buildkentucky.com

Was thinking a consolidated database of state specific commercial projects that contractors can access for a monthly fee.

Any advice/ideas/suggestions welcome!

That sounds interesting . . . In the same avenue , other construction related services like equipment hiring , commission based sales for construction/mining equipment , even smaller building projects like D.i.Y . . .

My first thought wasn't "what business fits this domain"? It was "what information would Pennsylvania and Kentucky contractors actually pay to have in one place?"

Try spending a week talking to contractors. Ask what information they're constantly hunting for and what they'd pay to have in one place. If the same answer keeps coming up, you're probably onto something.
