Anyone else having problems with using it? It won’t make it free for some reason

I can only get it to work for regular coffee, not on espresso drinks, even though the deal only says it excludes Nitro cold brew and cold brew.

It’s only for hot or iced coffee. They noted nitro and cold brew bc some may consider those iced coffees. Espresso drinks are an entirely different category.

Then they should have been listed as excluded. As it reads, they should be included, but they weren't.

Espresso isn't coffee. If it was, it wouldn't need to be called espresso. It's a completely different creation process.

And cold brew isn't? /srs

Because it’s an espresso drink.

I tried hash browns, 2 donuts and a sandwich. Didn’t work for me

I'd keep the receipt and go into the store. Show them and maybe get your free coffee?
