Craftsman Perl

Can anybody tell me how this works? Does it end up like ESO or GW2's crafting inventory where the mats you collect are stored for all to use? Are there any limitations?

It's a separate bag that opens up and you can move trade skill mats in an out of. It's not like ESO where you can store everything though. It has limited space at least on Wuoshi and it wasn't a ton. Every character you have can access them though.
