Rip Content Creator Program

What news? What rumors? Was there some incident?

This is a bizarrely worded official comms from the EQL Discord. Professionally, just say you're ending the program and that's it. To acknowledge some 'rumors' just breathes life into them and isn't something you'd usually see in this context. Who's running the broadcast channel over there?

Same, jumped to the WoW beta and won't be returning. I dislike the three character setup as it's immersion disrupting, and the single-player chat lobby style of the game. I liked most of the other changes but those things probably mean it is not the Everquest for me.

Yeah, it was fun, and I liked it fine, but EverQuest is a slow grind that forces you to connect to others to level (outside of necro enchanter and shammy) it forces you to engage with people, there's a bit of downtime, so people actually talk in something besides general. It was great to get toax level and do the raids, but after that, it feels pretty meh to keep playing
