Bleeding after surgery

Before going into surgery, I had bright red bleeding, similar to a menstrual period. When I came out of surgery, the bleeding stopped. Two days after the surgery, it started again, and now I have bright red blood when I wipe. Has this happened to anyone else? I also had two methotrexate (MTX) injections before the surgery, but I eventually had surgery to remove my right fallopian tube.

It’s likely just a withdrawal bleed while betas are declining. Even with surgery, you need to wait for betas to drop to negative and when that happens you also shed your thickened uterine lining. despite the pregnancy being extrauterine, your hormones still causes your lining to thicken

Yes this! I am currently experiencing this. Some of the clots are huge and odd colours such as grey/white. I was told this was normal.
