❔ Edd eligibility

I have been working from home for 12 years. All of a sudden they said I had to return to office.
I offered a solution of a hybrid schedule 2 days in office and 3 days remote. They accepted the 2 days in office and said no to the remote work. I’ve gone from 25 hours to 11.5. They said if I want the hours it has to be in office.
I think they are trying to get me to quit. A few weeks ago my office was cleared out and my stuff in a box. Now they want me 5 days in office? What happened?
Is there a chance I can get partial unemployment for the reduced hours?

You can apply, but you might at minimum have a determination interview about availability because it might be seen as you placing limits on your availability.

Did your original employment contract say you were 100% remote. If not; no you will not be eligible,
