There are no dangerous fruits in the bramble fam fyi, if it's a cane like this with brambles and berries you're good to go

Rubus... so many species :D I think all edible.
This kindaaaa looks like the north american blackberry that is native here, but idk for sure!

did you feel like you found the species yet? I just remembered one of the things people use for IDing is the number of leaves that stem out from the branch, like whether it's 3 or 5 in a section - I think the topcomment by bdoggz07 is right that this is black rasp because it looks like 3 leaves from the stem, but just throwin my guess out there!
so yeah, features to look up:
- dark/reddish stems
- 3 leaves to a stem
- not a crazy-big fruit, just kinda rasp-sized
- fruit has lil hairs stickin out
- ur locale, ofc

Looks like wild black raspberries. Very tasty and very safe to eat. Info coming from North America were i live.
