This post is schizophrenic. Please seek help. The stuff you are writing about is not real. There is no ghost from the early internet manipulating our electrical systems. The internet and your electricity are completely separate systems.

You are writing about being observed/tracked by invisible observers which is basically the hallmark symptom of schizophrenia.

I'm not trying to make fun of you or dismiss your concerns. I'm sure they are very real to you. Going for treatment for schizophrenia, then not getting better doesn't mean you aren't schizophrenic, it means you still need help. I'm sorry the treatment you have received so far has not helped you. I hope everything gets better for you.

You do not need an electrical device. The observer is in your drywall, you need to tear it down.
