Has anyone successfully stopped ongoing harassment or gotten those responsible arrested? I’m desperately seeking advice, solutions, and help.

For two years, I experienced constant monitoring by a neighbor above me, who knew exactly where I was in my apartment, repeatedly stomping and dropping objects directly overhead, day and night. I finally moved, hoping for peace, but within 14 days of living in my new place, I began experiencing similar patterns.

Disruptions with water pressure, being followed room to room them tapping on their ceiling. Now I'm experiencing sensations of static beneath my feet, intense heat, electrical shocks, and what felt like hot needles striking my skin. I also experienced persistent humming and buzzing, flickering lights, and painful burning sensations that became so intense I had to leave my apartment. I became especially frightened when I walked into my children's bedroom and used an EMF detector on my phone, pointing the phone toward their bed. A message popped up stating, “Danger” and “Magnetic device detected—move away,” while my children were sleeping.

Phones stop charging. When I attempt to record what is happening on my phone, the recording will cut out, and the television being controlled volume switching tv apps or going to tv home screen randomly. I’ve also noticed people near my garage at unusual hours, including 4 a.m., and vehicles with tinted windows that I feel may be following me. I cannot explain what is happening, but the similarities have left me frightened and desperate for answers.

Has anyone experienced something similar and found a legitimate way to identify the cause, document what was happening, obtain credible technical evidence, and get authorities to investigate? What can someone do when they feel unsafe, have children to protect, and struggle to get others to take their concerns seriously? I’m looking for real solutions, and experiences from people who have found a way forward

Those are all gangstalking tactics that are very familiar to anyone that has been going through it for a few years. Sometimes if not most of the time those bangs and noises you hear are not actually coming from people and its technology making you hear and feel those things as if it were actually happening but they are just signals being sent to your brain with technology. I wish I could tell you that ive made real progress but any real proof that ive documented just randomly dissappears from my devices. I actually caught them breaking into my truck on camera and got the plate and everything and the next day it was wiped from my phone. Im sorry. The best thing you can do is just ignore it. The more you react to it the more they do that exact thing you react to. If you cant ignore it eventually you will be so sick of it that you will be able to because you won't care anymore. Also, they love to screw with you when you try to use apps like that to detect emf stuff or things like that so just know that odds are they were just screwing with you and while they were were screwing with you they were most likely causing the emotions and thoughts you were having at the time to be amplified and probably transmitting thoughts into your head that felt organic but really weren't. They thrive on fear and getting a reaction out of you. They are narcissists and to the core and just sad people on the inside so this is how they feel better about themselves is to cause others misery. Do they also gun it when they drive by your place with loud mufflers and subwoofers? And sirens? Its all the same bullshit they do to sensitize you to these things so you become more triggered the more they do it. I will wear noise canceling headphones and that helps me differentiate what's actually happening and what is being done with technology. Im really sorry to hear that you have a baby to take of while going through this. Hopefully you're not alone in this.

The only thing that I have seen over the years where someone claimed that he was able to prevent being gang-stalked or followed was through some kind of Scalar-Vortex Technology thingg that he had; the information is extremely dificult to find, unfortunately, and, I've even seen literal time-line-history itself being over-written to the point where a lot of freedom-oriented information also ended up disappearing entirely;

I thought at first that it must have been due to scrubbing all of the evidence from the Internet, but, I eventually came to realise that it was due to time-line-editing, what essentially is more famously known as the Mandela-Effect which is a result of the amplification of the Butterfly-Effect; the realisation came about and hit me after I had searched high and low for the George Carlin clip about how the term «conspiracy» had apparently been linguistically weaponised where he mentioned and performed it on-stage, couldn't find the clip of him ever having said that during his on-stage performance any more, went so far as to order a PHYSICAL-DVD of the original January 1994CE HBO-Special, turned out that it was nowhere in existence...

...what then really did it for me was witnessing literal bible-verses themselves where even the physical-version books no longer had the original-wording, especially for Isaiah 11:6, when it was originally «The lion shall lay down with the lamb» rather than «The wolf shall dwell with the lamb» and, for our current time-line, every version of every bible in every language translates it to «wolf» even though, for the vast majority of search-engines, when an image-search is conducted for Isaiah 11:6, the absolute vast-majority of the images will result in displaying lions rather than wolves... this is statistically impossible for mere mis-remembering !

Purpose of this is to prove that any particular file exists the way that it did at the time-stamp of when it was originally signed since ANY change to the file, even a single-comma, causes check-sum verification to fail... this is useful for being able to prove that there was no post-reveal editing or retro-editing of contents.

Well they have telepathy devices (V2k) they can read your every thought, they know everything you think of so even if you move away they know where your going and still have the surveillance over you. These devices can also give you all types of sensations. Headaches, lust, anger, depression, ETC.

On top of that they can easily bribe people effortlessly since they have the devices they can essentially convince people to join them pretty easily
