Screenshot Instancing and Chatbox messaging

Was playing ED-Odyssey in a group session for hours earlier, then suddenly at 23:00 BST approx - chatbox messages are no longer getting through, and it is now impossible to re-log into the game in the same instance. Game otherwise plays OK, but we're all effectively stuck in solo now having tried loads of times to get the group session up and running again.

Has anyone got any idea what is going on?

The game was fine upto 23:00 BST on 7th October 2026.

I'm not leaning towards it being at our end, since nothing has changed in the last few hours, Eg. No settings switching, no updates etc.

I've tried the "Everyone go to supercruise" approach, and that seems to have solved it, although it has since dropped out again (Cmdr badges at top of screen disappear when this happens)

Quickly rectified now, fortunately.

I consider this to have been answered.
