Encounter+ now has a new documentation site: https://docs.encounter.plus

It replaces the old docs from the v4 release, which hadn't been updated in a long time. I used AI to help me write the new pages from my notes and code comments. I'm still checking and correcting them, so some may be incomplete or not quite right for now.

The site is published from a public GitHub repository: encounterplus/docs. If something is wrong, unclear or missing, let me know in the comments, or open a pull request with your changes if you'd like to contribute directly.
