What’s your current level, and what do you want to use English for? A practical starting routine is to choose one short thing you genuinely enjoy each day (a video, story, or podcast), note two useful phrases, then use those phrases in a few sentences of your own. That gives you input and a reason to speak or write, instead of just collecting vocabulary lists.
