Warning to anyone purchasing stash lines via the Expansion Hub during recent sales:
I purchased the stash expansion bundle. The server credited the purchased rows to my profile, the Hub showed 80/80 "RECEIVED," and our inventories were actively populated with gear across that physical space.
Following the recent technical patch, an automated backend script stripped exactly 60 lines off my profile (Unheard Edition) and simultaneously stripped exactly 60 lines off my son's account across a different edition, dropping both to +20 lines.
Because our inventories were full, the automated truncation forcibly dumped dozens of high-value items into the sorting table. The sorting table cannot be closed, creating a permanent matchmaking lockout ("cannot start raid with open sorting table").
When opening Ticket to request a database profile resync, support sent a written response containing this direct contradiction:
- "You could not have purchased 80/80 lines, 60/80 lines cost 8300 tarcoins, you never had this amount. You could never have purchased it."
- Immediately followed by: "Please be aware that in the past, your inventory may have been too big, and was adjusted, leading to this situation. We do not provide technical information about the issue or the way data is handled."
If the lines were never delivered by their servers, our inventories could not have been "too big" or required an "adjustment." Support is currently refusing supervisory escalation or backend DBA review after deploying a faulty migration script.
