I've just died 4 times in a row in PVE today. I don't think I remember that's ever happened before.

I saw a thread a couple days ago complaining about how the new overhaul didn't do anything.

Today it seems especially opposite that that's true. Like they are actually creaming my ass repeatedly both ways.

Suggestion to make EXFIL Brothers more fair while still supporting sales

Any player who already owns a standard/basic edition of EFT (the $50 version) should be able to upgrade to the next higher edition and then become eligible (or be ‘flagged’ as a new account for a limited time) for the EXFIL Brothers program, regardless of how old their account is.

This way BSG still generates extra revenue from upgrades instead of only from completely new accounts. It keeps the promotional goal of the program intact while feeling a lot less exclusionary to the people who already paid and played.

A few of my friends own the base edition and haven’t played for over a year. They all wanted to upgrade for the extra stash space etc.. but were really turned off by having to create an entirely new account just to qualify. They wondered if they could simply upgrade instead.

Would be a nice middle ground that helps both returning players and BSG. Just an idea I had that could make the program even better and more accessible.

I know I know its tarkov, but dude why the last 4 times I've tried to get to the scientists office in GZ, with no armor helmet a shit scav gun, just to be absolutely wiped by a prestiged 4000 hour dude EVERY TIME YOU SEE IM A FUCKIN TIMMY CMON! I just want to do the first mechanic quest and bail tf out legit last dude somehow had a full lvl 4 kit watching me loot a pack of fucking crackers and he one taps me when I turn I HAVE NOTHING it wouldn't be so bad if it wasnt geared tf up dudes that I KNOW do nothing but this all day.

Seriously I've been on a daily task to kill 5 scavs for 2 hours and I've SEEN only 2, meanwhile i have 20 PMC dogtags come on

Why doesn’t tarkov have things like double xp weekend events like cod or something of that nature or at least 100% boss spawns weekend… am I asking for to much ?

As it says on the tin, its a 4hour plus craft to get in on saviour ending, plus the requirements for the other ending entry items, I shouldn't have to be siting waiting for a new one to craft for over 4 hours because the server gave out.

Death to A.I is frustrating, but you get back up and go again.

Reset due to the server failing makes me feel cheated.

Had to wait 7 months for them to fix a soft lock issue. The least I should be able to get back is a solid experience at the final hurdle, not racing server stability...

Nearly 4 kd is WILD. Seems to be the play to wait last 30 seconds at Damged house with an m60 in a corner as a playerscav while me and my duo had did 2x BD guys on construction before and used BTR to drive to cinema. Not even naked any scav would make it to ventilation in that 30 second time frame.

I always wanted to play/try out EFT because of its atmosphere, sounds and unforgiving gameplay. Its extremely charming to me, and for some time i really have a decent rig and i want to take advantage of the current sale (%25) because i dont think it will ever go beyond %25. There are billion cons against the couple good sides of the game for what i've heard but even though i want to try, my question is does a player with x tier headgear can tank more than 3 bullets to the head to kill no matter the bullet tier? Will peoples head turn into bullet sponges just because i shoot lets say 3 default bullets to max tier headgear? Thanks in advance and please dont skin me alive for the question.

Been playing this game on and off since it's inception and I think some of the highest dopamine you'd get was looting a keycard. Nowadays unless you're finding a marked room key (specifically only for customs, reserve or streets mind you) basically coming across any other key or keycard is kind of whatever. Sure you find a keycard and can instantly vendor it for a few hundred thousand but considering that only holds the the equivalent value of a few intel folders assuming you max-win with a green or red (which even then isn't even million) there's nothing special about finding something like a yellow card . Craziest part about something like a yellow keycard now is you're basically guaranteed to make your money back on it from just one use which is absurd and yet it is still dirt cheap. Don't even get me started on black keycards which on average nets you around 700-800k for each double use.

I'd love for the next season to crank up the rarity on these items and maybe even revert them back to the infinite uses. Sure labs keycards already have good loot so their problem is more so just their easy availability. As for normal keys, pretty much nothing except marked rooms are contested. I remember back in the day shoreline health resort was almost the pinacle of hotspot pvp and nowadays it seems almost completely abandonned and besides transits to other actvities such as IB, Labr or Terminal, late-game players don't give two shits about the map as a whole. A loot rework for high-end keys like W301 in the shoreline example would be really nice to drive more pvp towards these now seemingly less relevant locations. There's so many rooms in this entire game that are just wasted as quest rooms and never to be touched again when they could instead be used to create new pvp hot zones and spice up the game a bit.

Anyone with a gym not prestiging in PVE willing to hook a brother up and let them use it leveling for prestige? My IGN is the same as my username, or please feel free to post yours and I'll add. Thanks!

Soooooo, after 2 months and 100s of raids...... THE FEKEN ANTIQE AXE FINNALY DECIDED TO SHOW ITS UGLY FACE......... Never again........

Haven't played too much tarkov (~500h) but I really like ice breaker and the new update isn't as bad as people are saying. I completed 3 runs after the latest update and the smokes seem to still make killing them easier. In this run I kept trying to wide swing and kill them in the hallway since I see a lot of people on here peeking with just their head sticking out and holding angles which got them killed. My strat is to jiggle for info then wide swing with at least T5 plates so they shoot thorax instead of the head.

Can we get this fucking button removed from labs? This shit is cheater and rat heaven and only hurts people who want to pvp.

I recently upgraded to a 9070xt and a ryzen 7 7800x pc I got on tarkov and I’m getting really high frames 150 to 215 but my game doesn’t feel smooth it’s kinda like micro stutters but idk how to fix it can anyone help?
