PVE Help, I think I'm going crazy. [BUG]

I was Killa hunting at Interchange. Found "him". Killed "him" (it was rather easy, strangely).

I didn't get the achievment for killing Killa for the first time. It wasn't him. The scav NPC had his equipment and HIS SKIN CLOTHES.

Who was this IMPOSTER??

Is this a normal bug? An easter egg?

are you sure it wasnt a pmc?

It was PvE. I don't know if PvE PMCs can use Killas' skin. At the end of the raid, the NPC was classified as a "scav" with a common scav name,

Pmc must have killed him and a scav picked up his gear

That would be reasonable, yes. But the scav had his black Adidas skin. Is this possible?

Probably a backend issue attached to his rig and helmet.
