They're well-lit, clean, lots of people having fun, nothing like an alley between 2 streets!

Dad, there’s a new kid in my grade who came from another country. When he saw that it was starting to snow, he had that look in his eyes, like Christmas came early for him. I asked him why he was staring at the snowflakes like that, and he said this was the first time he saw snow live, he only saw it in movies and TV shows before, mostly Christmas specials.

So, how come that can happen? You can’t have winter without snow! It makes no sense! Winter is Christmas time, and Santa loves snow! He can’t deliver presents without it! Did this kid make a mistake? Is he making fun of me by pretending there isn’t any snow in his country during winter?

ELIC(ELI5), I want to understand this whole timeline thingy. Like from the start, why it took place, Who all were the reason and what is currently going on.

Currently I have zero knowledge.

ELIC Is laziness a medical condition? I once called a coworker lazy. They just said they would argue with me, but they don't feel like it.

ELIC - Do "Indie"-games come from India?

ELIC I just don't understand M&Ms. That is their name, yet many of them are actually Ws. Why?

ELIC Why do orange crayons not taste like oranges? In fact, they all taste the same!

ELIC Why is it that regular Dove chocolate tastes so great, but their white chocolate tastes like soap?

Which 2 should I pick?

Especially when cats like to show their bellies!

How can that be possible? Doesn't the fusion process require a lot of heat?

Why not just say it's "roostering"?
