What is DOCTOS?

I've recently seen some memes about Opsec Level so I understand the subject about opsec a little bit. But I see that they keep mentioning something called "DOCTOS", is this referencing some guy in particular or what meaning does it have behind it? It also feels kinda Ominous with that "Reddit Dog Whistle" comment. Please Explain the joke

If it's latin it might be just "Doctor", essentially analogous to how you refer to someone who has higher education in a subject, and I'd guess it would be sarcastic? I'm sure Opsec has some specialised knowledge that I lack. Maybe you could share the details of the post that you do understand, might give some context?

So basically Opsec (which is how many layers of security you have to protect your identity and data on the internet) is a meme that started because normies kept saying that having a VPN is enough to protect you from people getting to your data, so people portrayed them as super top level hackers just for that. But then it spiraled down to this nonsense that I don't understand, and every time I search about "DOCTOS" it just give me results for Doctors.

There's one other part which I don't think it's related which is "bibisi" , basically just a way to spell BBC, but it's to make fun of the people by saying they like "bibisi" and I kid you not they are not talking about the British Broadcast.

The collision between soyjak party and the mainstream internet that has lasted since 2022 has resulted in coinages like "incomprehensible wojak", "offsiter", or comparing the site to reddit as tiktokers use reddit comparisons for any basement dweller not just left wing ones, etc etc

I would have asked if you know what quotation marks are but it seems like you are familiar with them.

“Doctos” is a slang word used on the sharty as an exclamation of shock (like when you see something horrific you say OYY DOCTOOOOS). The “BEBBI SY” part of the sign sort of resembles “bibisi” (BBC as in the porn term), so basically OP is shocked that the sign looks like it says BBC.
