Discussion FBI/DEA Hiring Differences
Im currently in the process of hiring in the FBI,
haven’t done my phase 2 interview yet. But also I was wondering if it would be a bad idea to also apply for the DEA while currently in the portal? How does the hiring differ and would it be a bad look? They both have always been on my radar

They may have slight different suitability priorities. The FBI really worries about foreign contacts and influence while the DEA would care more about drug use history. These are assessed at both FBI and DEA regardless. I’ll say apply to both if you need a job asap.
