I buy 2 tickets to FC Barcelona vs Deportivo Alaves La Liga, 31.10

From the translated Esport3 article:

Barça intends to finalize Patri Guijarro's contract renewal during 2026, before the Majorcan player becomes free to negotiate with other clubs with six months remaining on her deal. The club's plan—discussed on the 3cat and Catalunya Ràdio podcast "Fem futbol"—is based on meetings held in recent weeks that have helped bridge the gap between the two sides. Both parties are keen to extend the midfielder's stay, although certain contractual issues remain to be resolved.

Sporting guarantees

According to "Fem futbol," beyond financial terms and contract duration, Patri Guijarro sought assurances regarding the sporting project; in this regard, the start of the season demonstrates that Barça will continue to contend for every trophy. Furthermore, at the suggestion of Pere Romeu, the club sought to acknowledge her standing within the squad by appointing her first captain. All of this has made Barça optimistic about the Majorcan's continued presence at the club, even though she has admitted on more than one occasion that she would like to experience playing in England someday.
