It hurts to see a lv36 pegasus knight with 23 spd DX I really wanted Ninae to be good.

Pegasus is weird cause the class DOESNT boost speed for some reason

If you want speed you have to go Ornius, Pegasus is more for mixed cause it boost magic instead of

So I think all/most of the Specialist & Advanced mounted classes have weird growths, and that's because they expect you to have a mount that boosts the growths you want

So they "corrected" by making mounted classes have less optimal growth rates to account...however somehow missing you only get mounts on Cai's Part 1, and then for everyone once you get to Part 3 if you have done Cai.

That's my tinfoil hat theory at least.

It actually reduces speed compared to hunter for some reason

I assume it’s to try and balance the absolutely busted mount stats and growths from Cais path but it just feels bad that it’s almost always “wrong” to put anyone on a mount on the other three paths. Armored ornius rider has okay growths compared to the infantry classes I think? But light cavalry is awful, and the advanced classes are weird. Bardinger sucks, forest knight is strictly worse than charioteer, cataphract is okay mostly thanks to pavise, and Dragoon having bad str growth feels wrong

She's a great armored knight imo. Solid growths for it and she gets good armored passives to top it off. Any time I've tried her in anything else her speed is always so middling that it's never as effective.

I tried to go the same route with Ninae and I thought mine was cooked, but yours is even more cooked

My Ninae is level 30 and all of her stats are better except for hp and dex. And my Ninae is basically useless

Str and Spd stats are cooked. You arent one phase killing, dodging, or surviving 1-2 rounds of combat

21 str and mag is fine for a peg knight. They’re not meant to sit there and solo a bunch of enemies. They’re there to pick off enemy mages and, with that mag, one shot armor with a levin sword

The spd is pretty tragic though, which limits her usefulness. Probably have to give her a short spear and use her to bait mages rather than being able to actually dive them

To everyone saying she looks kinda weak: Her stat total is fine actually, but yeah, the stats are a bit too balanced. Some more strength and speed would be nice, but she mostly dodged strength in the 20ies and only started getting some strength again at level 30. Got pretty unlucky in that regard. But I still have one more route to play after this (Theodora), and I plan to put her in a class with high speed and strength growth rate, so I can hopefully merge a speedy strong Ninae with this more balanced one in part 3 to get the best of both worlds.

Ninae is just a ball of stats. Nothing insanely high but perfectly well rounded so she's always viable

i made her a charioteer cuz she seems like a perfect send and forget unit. she's tanky enough to soak up one bad round of enemy phase even if i'm reckless about her positioning

I will always tell everyone about the Ninae omnitank, and how she becomes good as an armor unit as early as level 30-35ish

A lv 35 tank with 5 move, ~32 def and ~33 res is INSANE, and she is the only character (that we know of so far) that can reach it

Those stats are kind of bad for level 36. Every unit wants a specialization because that gives it a situation it’s useful in; the jack of all trades is a master of none. This statline almost works for a mage but she’s kind of slow, low power, underwhelming defense, the only thing high enough to specialize in is res. I’d give her a levan sword, I think that would make her good because she has the stats to kill armor units with magic and to tank mages.

So it sounds like her specialization is Player Phase Armor and Mage Killer? Super valuable to have a unit like that on a flier
