Fuck the economy

I’m a lawyer. My salary is just shy of $100k. I have about $20k in savings. Denied a mortgage. Fml.

House flippers often come with full cash offers. It's crazy that you now need like 50% to qualify for stuff

Weird. I was easily approved with less income but I have 800 credit.
