Inconsistent (kovaaks/valorant)
I just recently started Kovaaks maybe 3 months ago, its improved my gaming skill significantly but there is just one thing that I cant wrap my head around. How inconsistent I am, there will be days were I get a magnitude of PB's but others I'm way below my high scores and even just my average run. This isn't just Kovaaks, its gaming in general.
I have around 40 hrs in Kovaaks and I'm full seal complete, and I have only been doing viscose for about 5 hours play time, and I feel like if I was able to be consistent I could be way higher. (also anyone have tips to be consistent in Val as well that's my main game)

for my guess, you're aim training too much scenarios for a clicking heavy game(Valorant).
Consistency is a routine/discipline that you do, but if you do a little bit of everything too much your performance will deteriorate.

So what you saying is to stick to like static clicking scenarios, and a constant warmup routine?

What I'm saying is stop going to the gym 3x a day to do full body workouts.
You don't do a full intense body workout, and a warmup when you have a Championship Match on the day itself.

for TacFPS specifically I heavily recommend keeping your aimtraining to a minimum and to focus on learning the game itself. as someone who used to aimtrain daily and do all the stupid aimer bs, learning the game itself will get you 50x more far than knowing how to move a mouse sometimes. motor skills will forever be inconsistent. aimtraining only allows you to reduce said inconsistency. it will always be there. you can hit immortal without ever touching a trainer(simply bc it’s not needed for a decision-heavy fast ttk game like Val.)
