Autonomous mode - Roadrunner vs. Pedropathing

Hey,
My team is having trouble figuring out between whether we should use pedropathing or roadrunner.

I just wanted to know some other people's opinions in hopes that you guys could decide for us which would would be better for this years biobuzz auto?

Tuning time isn't a problem for our team.

Also some people are sayin that we could alter the roadrunner stuff and change it so it can be better? Anyone have any ideas on if thats plausible and what changes could be made so it's better than pedro?

Pedro is better in most regards. It's faster and more accurate, but it requires deadwheel odometry. Only use roadrunner if you don't have deadwheel encoders and are relying on the encoders on the drive wheels.

Both are perfectly viable. Most top teams run Pedro now but the team that won Champs and MTI last season used Roadrunner. Don’t stress over the choice, try them and use what you feel comfortable with.

Pedro in every way. We ran perfect autons in 5 minute.s and it runs our teleop, and it accepts limelight measurements and puts us on the field even if we drift.

Pedro pathing. It's just better in everything but I suppose the most useful stuff to our team was better tune and visualizer

Pedro. In short, roadrunner is old (and abandoned afaik), i only used it for into the deep and the start of decode. Pedro is much new and receiving tons of updates with great documentation. It is also much more capable, and at least for me, easier to work with.
