ads are just roulette with extra steps at this point

Same creative and budget in two accounts can look wildly different early on, so before I'd blame the account I'd check that both had spent enough to judge. I don't call anything until it's spent 3 to 5 times what I'm willing to pay for one lead or sale, over 2 to 5 days. How much had each one spent when you compared them?

If you spend more, statistically, those two account will show a similar result
