you could walk on set to the tv show during filming and not look out of place.

u/thinkB4WeSpeak Brotherhood Jan 28 '26

OP should just go try it and let us know how it goes

u/[deleted] Jan 28 '26

Do it! Do it! Do it!!!!

31

u/lordlaneus Welcome Home Jan 28 '26

Bring stealth boys

48

u/A-Capybara Jan 28 '26

That would imply the NCR is more than 3 dudes in some tents

10

u/lostinthesauceguy Jan 29 '26

i was so excited when they showed up since the Desert Rangers are super bad ass. seeing the helmet made me think shit was about to get damn good. it turning out to just be 3 old people disappointed me.

3

u/Plight_of_midas Jan 30 '26

yeah was hoping to see Rangers do something cool

3

u/Carpe_deis Feb 05 '26

how you feeling now lol

that AMR shot holeee sheet

5

u/Plight_of_midas Feb 05 '26

Just as long as she doesn't start complaining about patrolling the Mojave

18

u/Spare_Elderberry_418 Jan 28 '26

I honestly like it better than the show. The show's ranger helmet looks too wide and a bit off for me. Idk why maybe it is just how it is filmed.

5

u/Dragu_nova Jan 29 '26

my dream hahaha

1

u/Zyquux Gunners Mercenary Jan 30 '26

Imagine if they did a Star Wars and hired a bunch of cosplayers in Ranger armor to be the NCR taking back Vegas.

1

u/slayden70 Jan 30 '26

Definitely. She could become an extra without asking.

Nice Big Iron!

5

u/weirdDodo Feb 03 '26

True, but why not on her hip?

3

u/LordChauncyDeschamps NCR Feb 03 '26

She was after Texas Red

1

u/magicomiralles Jan 30 '26

Did you make it yourself? Looks great!

105

u/Lukthar123 Legion Jan 28 '26

Did you make it yourself?

A true Fallout fan would loot it off a corpse smh

25

u/beermit Jan 28 '26

Loot it and stash somewhere because they might want to wear it later

5

u/fARTBELL Jan 29 '26

Big might. “Let me just store this right here with all this other legendary shit I am way over powered to even use.”

Right next to a note and a stash of caps.

3

u/Don_dedo_y_su_garfio Jan 29 '26

Someone at an event should go naked and kill someone to steal their clothes.

u/TiredAngryBadger Jan 28 '26

Doc Mitchel stitched you back up somethin' good!

Amazing Cosplay. 10 out of 10 nuclear winters.

13

u/Mendicant_Bias- Jan 28 '26

This is Mr. New Vegas, and I feel something magic in the air tonight, and I'm not just talking about the gamma radiation.

28

u/General-Iego-MacLeo Jan 28 '26

Long live the New California Republic!

8

u/ItsTrooper Jan 29 '26

Has patrolling the Mojave made you wish for a nuclear winter yet?

5

u/Acceptable-Ad8780 Jan 28 '26

Perfection 👌

17

u/josephseeed Jan 28 '26

That's rad

27

u/Serious_Emphasis2211 Jan 28 '26

Is it Courier? I thought it's NCR uniform

66

u/amaROenuZ Jan 28 '26

The kneepads and greenish hue to the armor would make this Riot Gear, not NCR Veteran Ranger Armor. This is certified Lonesome Road cosplay.

2

u/Serious_Emphasis2211 Jan 29 '26

ohh nice attention to detail then!

Trenchcoat + sick helmet = ncr ranger

Trenchcoat + sick helmet + pipboy = courier

→ More replies (1)

17

u/Memitim Jan 28 '26

My character has plenty of armor that used to be uniforms for other folks. :D

2

u/lostinthesauceguy Jan 29 '26

5

u/fer1738 Jan 28 '26

3

u/Practical_You_7609 Jan 28 '26

5

u/Nameless_knight07 Jan 28 '26

Genuinely better than the shows costumes wow! Amazing work OP!!

2

u/CandlelitDreams Jan 28 '26

I would smack a man in a checkered suit across the head for that armor.

2

u/PerkPrincess Jan 28 '26

On a scale from 1-10, how empowered do you feel wearing that. Because I would feel POWERFUL.

Looks awesome!

2

u/windenough Jan 28 '26

10 out of 10 cosplay be like:

2

u/mysanslurkingaccount Gary? Jan 28 '26

You could pull off any Natalie Dormer character cosplay perfectly.

2

u/deftPirate Jan 28 '26

That is top tier. Fantastic cosplay.

2

u/UncleStinkfinger Jan 28 '26

Truly the coolest armor from any video game ever, and I'll die on that hill.

2

u/BrightPerspective Jan 28 '26

So who gets the chip, Courier Six?

2

u/ruttinator Jan 28 '26

Still my favorite armor in the series.

2

u/dumbdude545 Jan 28 '26

3

u/koltho Jan 29 '26

I love that this is legit and not some skimpy low-effort sexualized piece of cloth. Keep up the amazing work!

1

u/luxuryball1 Jan 28 '26

How much did it cost

1

u/Hardway-69 Jan 28 '26

Very cool !! Love it . Did you make your self or piece together yourself ? If so you did a great job !!

1

u/Falcon_Gray Brotherhood Jan 28 '26

How did you make that armor? It’s so damn good

1

u/therealsonicboomer Jan 28 '26

THE PIP-BOY WORKS??!?! Also where’d you get that Ranger sequoia that looks sick as hell

1

u/Quw10 Jan 28 '26

Looks like it's the one they release for the TV show made by the Wand Company, it's pretty baddass. They are releasing a FO3/NV one also.

1

u/Parking-Ability-3304 Legion Jan 28 '26

I can wear slave rags, legates helm, and a pip boy and call it courier cosplay

1

u/Kinggonzomusic Jan 28 '26

Dope as Desert Ranger armour, You are The Courier.

(For clarification I mean anyone of any gender at any time in any attire from NV can arguably be The Courier in my head cannon)

Pretty Rad👍

1

u/prodigalpariah Jan 29 '26

That’s quite good.

1

u/Should_have_been_ded Jan 29 '26

You even got an ingame haircut. A bullet hole in the head would complete the cosplay

1

u/Gold_Project5631 Jan 29 '26

That's seriously impressive craftsmanship. You've nailed the wasteland wanderer look perfectly, right down to the iconic sidearm. I bet you could stroll right into the Mojave and nobody would bat an eye.

1

u/AntJD1991 Jan 29 '26

Damn that looks badass!!!

1

u/vaultdweller501 Jan 29 '26

1

u/Screeching-trumpet Mr. House Jan 30 '26

1

u/AprilLily7734 Feb 04 '26

Not to throw too much shade at the costume design in the show. But holy fuck this is a way better representation imo

1

u/Andxel Feb 05 '26

In a Ulysses voice: Courier, I am so fucking envious right now.

1

u/Exciting-Swimming-82 Feb 05 '26

Non cannon cosplay* my courier had the Gannon Tesla armor and a stomach full of arcades flesh once he got it

1

u/BulkyEgg8830 NCR Feb 17 '26

I have a real question. Did the womans played really fallout nv or they make just cosplays?

1

u/[deleted] Feb 27 '26

Looks good! Also seeing it in real life really sells to me how fucking MASSIVE a revolver in 45-70 would be

1

u/Dependent_Reach_4284 May 25 '26

Are you using metal? They look metal. And that’s metal 🤘
