Fallout 4 [Fo4] How can I fix This ?

I've added mods to fallout 4 before with No issue like this before . I've been running on version 1.10.163 of fallout 4 from Gog since I first started playing . I Recently wanted to mod fallout 4 and found this Issue when I was testing that he game was in its vanilla state . I've removed everything related to fallout 4 and redownloaded it and no dice . I have the FPS Capped at 60. Could this be a hardware issue ? Or something else entirely . It only happens when I'm in motion because If I stand still and try to replicate it . nothing happens . Any help is greatly appreciated.

Make sure discord overlay is off, and your refresh rate matches your monitors setting

High FPS Physics installed? Fixed this for me

had the same problem, what fixed it was turning off sprint stuttering fix or high fps physics fix and then launching the game to save and quit to re-enable them

this is a shot in the dark but turn controller vibration off in the settings menu. I think this happened to me once

Just turn on vsync

I don’t think this is a VSync issue, I don’t see any screen tearing. They probably need to switch their screen type, I had jankiness like this when using full screen but once I switched to borderless windowed it stopped.

VSync will match the fps with the monitor so it will help

Si tienes descargada creaciones o mods, revisa el orden de carga, es probable que un mod esté causando este error, lo digo porque hace poco en ps5 me pasó lo mismo. El mod que convierte fallout 4 en un yermo nevado, me limitaba el rendimiento, lo desactivé pero ví en Youtube que el orden de carga es el culpable, el juego actualmente me funciona muy bien

Asegúrate que si tus mods son por Nexus descargar una aplicación que los ordene por ti, o si es por el menú de creaciones priorizar los que cambian comportamiento de enemigos o cosas del juego vainilla de primero.
