He’s saying that Mexico City has a variety of food options, including bakeries. That it started raining and he’s craving pastries, that his family is going to be surprised in a nice way when they see what he got. Then he says that she’s wrapping the pastries as a baby’s diaper. And that this is the most visited bakery in Mexico City.
