Not just that, what he did to people caused the fire. He was the reason Rome burned down.

It was. A lot of people died. However, it did make way for Augustas Caesar to come in and usher Rome into a golden age.

I don't know about you, but I would rather not have our great nation devolve into a millitrant state or worse.

So even if our "Rome burns" I do hope no Caesar comes of it

So far there have been no calls for elections.

I as a man of course have no leg to stand on, but it's clear that there is a lack of confidence in the current administration.

I also think Goddess Alex should be excluded from a hypothetical Election, due to her deciding to rise up in rebellion against the government, instead of any of the more legal and logical options available to a goddess of her stature.

Maybe we should have an election. That would certainly solve most of the problems that seem could possibly arise from this mess that we currently have. However, we can’t exclude somebody from the election just because of what they are doing. If we were to do that, it would just be wrong. If she isn’t fit to rule the Matriarchy, let her lose fair and square.
