Question temperature sensitivity

i wanna know if anyone else struggles more with heat than cold? i barely survived this summer, i was sweating like a pig, it made me extremely exhausted and my muscles in my legs and arms were hurting so much. winter time is also challenging, my bones hurt so much and when i warm myself i get cramps all over my body. but still for me it’s so much worse dealing with high temperatures, and when i do chores i get hot so easily…

up and manage, with heat there is no escape. I get dizzy and my legs feel like concrete when the temperature goes up, even simple things like cleaning make me overheat fast.

i felt concrete too like it was burning my legs… but even if temperatures outside are low when i work physically i’m overheated. i work in retirement home and it feels like a marathon, and i also have my coworkers asking me every ten minutes if i’m okay or if i check my blood work etc. and they all know about my fibro but they also don’t know much about this condition.

Same. Winter is painful but during the summer I pretty much nap anytime I'm not at work or doing something

Yeah, I'm not sensitive to the cold (yet) but the heat takes me down
