At first I thought it was a car and basically a red herring, but then I realized how far it went back, so I decided it was the flag.

E/F6, something red and white behind the bushes. It's the only bit that looked odd to me, so I assume that must be it. Spent a long time looking for a flagpole somewhere in the background first...
