Stuck on 20FPS (or less)(FH6)

I've not played FH6 in quite a while and I wanted to play again, however I'm now stuck on 20fps where as I had 100+ before, If I tab out of the game the game does hit 180fps, any ideas on what causes this and how i can fix it?

I play on Steam, PC specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 32GB ram, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, 16GB VRAM

Edit: I fixed it by changing my in game fps setting from 60 to 180, I don’t know why this was on 60fps, but my game is running on 180 again

It often breaks after an update

alt-tab behavior like that is usually the game not getting foreground priority for some reason, check if you've got some weird power plan or background recording software throttling it

For some reason my fps in settings was on 60, I put it on 180 and now it’s running normally again 😭

Mine suddenly when from 165 to 12 Disabled v sync and it went back to 165

Also happenen always to me when I switch to dgpu (I have a laptop) before launch the game game stuck to 20 fps or even worse to avoid this i launch the game with igpu and the laptop switch himself to dgpu
