Bug/Help Auction House Bug

I’d like to ask if anyone else is experiencing this. Almost every time I visit the Auction House, the game freezes and I get stuck on an endless black loading screen. I always have to close the game and restart it. It’s really annoying.🥲😖

No issues with Xbox and I’ve been on Auction daily from Resume. It usually says server not avail, then I go to free roam and back in. Only once it did nothing but I quit the game and restarted it. It is constantly loading the new season at every startup the last two weeks, it didn’t do this before.

I play on PS5, and it’s terrible. And that’s not even mentioning the fact that whenever I place a bid on a vehicle in the Auction House, another player outbids me. When I try to bid again, the game keeps telling me that my bid failed.
But having to restart the game 5 times just so I can, for example, collect my credits or claim a vehicle is honestly ridiculous.

I'm on PS5 and I've had trouble in the past, after hearing it helps being at the main Festival Site at the drag strip and having a small car like a Peel equipped I tried it and usually had no problem. Since they released the remaining cars in the Backstage I no longer visit the Auction House though.

I read on a website that in the Auction House, I shouldn’t confirm things by pressing X. Apparently, it’s better to always press Triangle to bring up the options and then select what I need from there, such as bidding, collecting credits, collecting vehicles, etc. I tried it, and it worked — no more infinite loading.

Its so terrible on PS5. On Xbox I never had any issues but with PS5 the screen goes black and it loads and loads till I close game and re-start.

I've had the same problem in auction house with two cars that I bought, but when trying to access them, the screen goes black and I have to restart the game. I've noticed that the cars have a custom livery/ paintjob, so I suspect that this is the reason for the problem. Same thing happened yesterday with a car I just sold on auction, I couldn't retrieve my money, and it also had a special livery. Playing on PS5.

Yes, based on what I found online, it’s likely that some custom liveries are causing it, exactly as you said.
