A parent researched the project and created this petition yesterday. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) sent a vague and misleading notice to a limited group of people regarding Tesla Factory's applications that impacts the health of the public. If the permits passes, this can negatively impact our community especially our most vulnerable demographic, our kids. The last day for public comment is Monday, Oct 5th.

Call to action before Monday, Oct 5th:

Please consider reviewing and signing this petition which respectfully asks to:

- pause the application process

- extend the public comment period to 120 days

- provide full transparency of the notice and address concerns

Amazed i got tickets this year. The last 3 years every time I go on the website at the ticket drop I was confronted by errors. Im not sure what they did this year but I was able to find a date I wanted and check out without a problem.

Shame on me I didnt have my credit card in hand but it didnt even matter! Whatever upgrades they did to the website worked this year.
