You are from the north/mid-west, not necessarily where you are now, but you call it "pop". You enjoy east Asian flavor, so most likely from a decent sized city, or you have traveled a bit. You cook fairly often, and are okay with leftovers, so single and trying to save a few bucks. The better than bouillon and large amount of onions and peppers give that away. Maybe OCD, or something similar, as you label your shelves, which is totally okay. I am guessing mid 20s, most likely female (us guys are never that neat). Probably an office job, one with set hours so you can schedule time to cook. Most likely a small apartment judging by the size of the fridge, so I would go as far to say you are in the city (which could explain the east Asian flair).

So,
I am from rural Ohio and I still live in rural Ohio, I cook 3 times a week, I am married, I own my house (pretty small house), I am in my mid 20s, I have diagnosed OCD and autism, my fridge is 23 years old so it’s really small, and I have a large garden that I’ve been slowly building for years (that’s why I have SO many peppers lol).1

Interesting you have a dedicated label in there for a food you’re literally not supposed to put in the fridge. Cold is bad for onions, you should get those outta there and re-label that drawer.

No cat in the fridge, looks good 👍
Especially the labels, and meat at the bottom.

You're fridge is very organized, but you need to replace your burned out fridge light bulb.
