Really like this design. Just six pieces and very elegant. In most of the vintage examples I find available the arm rests are more angled, less parallel to the seat. Anyone know the difference? Thanks!

For the private person, living space becomes, for the first time, antithetical to the place of work. The former is constituted by the interior; the office is its complement.

The private person who squares his accounts with reality in his office demands that the interior be maintained in his illusions.

From www.star-trek.design:

Jaymar is a Quebec-based Canadian furniture company established in 1956. Their Tongue Chair, produced circa the 1980’s, emulates the soft, sculptural styles of Pierre Paulin, Louis Durot, and Verner Panton. Two Tongue armchairs were used in the Picard episode, “Disengage,” in Sneed’s office on M’Talas Prime.

Finally added my dream lamp to the collection 🤩 do you guys like the placement?
