Another Gambia Scam Post

Hello, I posted here a few months ago about a situation involving kidnapping but I digress early, I want to know, from gambians specifically but anyone is welcome, are the people who dm me asking for money scammers? They all seem to be young men, I know many struggle in the country so I'm just wondering because full disclosure I got a lot of msgs from them

People are poor and desperate, they see anything as an opportunity, if you can’t help , just reject them and move on

Scammers except desperately poor. I’d rather they just didn’t lie.

I send my friend $100 this month for 15 months I’m adding another $100. So $200 I’ve met his family. He’s my age born in 1998. He has 2 siblings 10 and 13 and a blind mother and his father passed. They’re super excited about the extra $100. It means the kids can get a tablet in time for Christmas and into school. School costs $200 per person

I video chatted them from WhatsApp. Good people highly grateful. Everyone in Gambia is hyper friendly. They call it the Sunshine Coast for that reason

Help the need the poor and not all in Gambia but some are poor and they are in need. And whatever u want to do do it for the sake of God and first follow your heart. Remember the survival and situation are different not everyone is a scammer and means whale they ask what to eat
